Park Si Hoo, who was recently accused of sexual assault, said,
“It’s not true,” regarding the latest report that he met the plaintiff with his
attorney.
On February 20, a spokesperson for Park said, “Some newspapers reported that
Park Si Hoo met the plaintiff with his attorney, but it’s not true.”
Some media sources reported earlier, “Park Si Hoo recently met plaintiff A,
who filed a suit against him. There were also his friend, who was with him and
the plaintiff on the night, and his attorney.”
During the investigation, the police got a tape from the surveillance camera
installed at the parking lot of Park’s place. In the video, plaintiff A is being
carried to Park’s place on someone else’s back, and she seems very drunk.
The police gained all tapes from the surveillance cameras that were installed
on the way from the bar to Park’s place. Park was with plaintiff A and his
friend B.
The video shows the three of them getting off the car and taking an elevator
at the parking lot. Plaintiff A is on B’s back.
Park was recently accused of sexually assaulting the 22-year-old girl A. A
filed a suit against Park on February 15.
Regarding the accusation, Park said, “It’s true that I had a drink with A,
but I’ve never forced her to have sexual intercourse with me. It’s true we just
had a good time as a man and a woman, and I’ll prove it during the
investigation.”
Park disobeyed a summons, which was scheduled on February 19, for the reason
of appointing an attorney, and the police again requested attendance to be made
on February 24 at 10:00 a.m.
