INFINITE pick which members are the romantics in the group

At the latest comeback showcase, which took place in the Jamsil Stadium in Seoul on May 21, INFINITE discussed which members were the biggest romantics as their title track is called "Last Romeo".

Leader Sunggyu revealed, "There was a girlfriend whom I loved freshman year of high school.  I remember waiting in front of her house in the rain for two hours.  Afterwards, I caught a huge cold, but I think it was the fever of love. I thought that was really romantic."

Despite Sunggyu's heartwarming tale, Woohyun chose L as the best romantic, saying, "He wishes me happy birthday romantically and, whenever I leave filming, he warmly asks me, 'Did it go well?'  His small ways of concerning himself over me are touching."

And despite Woohyun's kind words, L thought the title should go to another member: "I think Sungjong is a romantic.  He has a mature side and a manly charm that are not seen during such youth. He has the tendency to unexpectedly do things, like leading the others to clean the dorm."

Which INFINITE member do you think might be the biggest romantic?

“Man from the Stars” Production Comes Out Strong Against Lawsuit by “Sul Hee” Author

“Man from the Stars” Production Comes Out Strong Against Lawsuit by “Sul Hee” Author

Following reports that the author of the manhwa “Sul Hee,” Kang Kyung Ok, is suing the producers of the SBS drama “Man From the Stars,”  production company HB Entertainment has announced its official position regarding the lawsuit against it.

HB Entertainment said in an official statement, “We will take strong legal against against the 600 million won lawsuit by manhwa ‘Sul Hee’ author Kang Kyung Ok.” The company explained that it has all the written evidence and witness to prove that Park Ji Eun, the writer of “Man from the Stars,” has worked on the story since 2003. It continued, “We have prepared to take legal action to demand compensation for the  mental stress,  material loss, and damages from issues with future enterprises.” The 600 million won is a combination of the lawsuit against the production company (300 million won) and the writer Park Ji Eun  (300 million won).

The company is coming out strong against Kang Kyung Ok, stating it is wrong to play the press and create perpetrators and victims based on one-sided opinions. “We need to stamp out people who show an indifferent and irresponsible attitude after claiming plagiarism against a creator, which is like a death sentence.”

Yesterday, a spokesperson from Kang Ho Law Firm, which is representing Ms. Kang, stated that “Our client is seeking 300 million won (roughly 292,00 USD)  in compensation for copyright infringement from HB Entertainment and script writer Park Ji Eun in the Seoul Central District Court. The results of a careful analysis indicate that the main characters, plot, and development of events in both ‘Sul Hee’ and ‘Man From the Stars’ are very similar.” The representative also remarked that the author had recognized the violation of her rights from the very start of the show’s broadcast and thus suffered severe mental distress.

“Man From the Stars,” which finished its run in February, is about an alien who came to earth 400 years ago and winds up falling in love with top star Cheon Song Yi in the present day. Kang Kyung Ok first brought up the issue of plagiarism after the show premiered, writing on her personal blog that “The story arc seems very similar to ‘Sul Hee.’”

2013 revenue from SM, YG, and JYP Entertainment revealed

According to the business reports sent to the Financial Supervisory Service from the big three entertainment companies of K-Pop, SM, YG, and JYP Entertainment, SM Entertainment came out on top with the most revenue last year.

Last year, SM Entertainment made 270 billion won (~ $260 million USD), which is almost twice the revenue compared to two years prior in 2011, 140 billion won (~ $140 million USD). Meanwhile, YG made 120 billion won (~ $110 million USD), which is a 49% increase from 2011 when they posted revenue of 78 billion won (~ $76 million USD).

JYP Entertainment came in last with 21 billion won (~ $21 million USD).  One entertainment rep said, "These companies are establishing affiliates and more, all of which are great factors to their business, so it looks like the profit scale will continue to grow in the future."

These three companies are influential to the point that some people say the whole broadcasting production process in itself would be difficult if there were no celebrities signed under one of three companies in the broadcasting world.

Kyuhyun accepts that Younha is a better singer than YoonA on 'Radio Star'

Younha was a guest on the May 21 installment of MBC's 'Radio Star', leading to some light comparison between herself and YoonA, who has a similar name.

On this day, Younha said, "When I said that Girls' Generation's Taeyeon and singer IU sang really well it got misreported as the three of us were in the top three in terms of singing skills."

The mischievous MCs asked, "Then who does Younha think ranks fourth in terms of singing skills?"  She was unable to answer, so Kim Gu Ra bluntly stated, "Then let's just say Younha is better at singing than Girls' Generation's YoonA," making everyone laugh.

Kyuhyun said, "I will acknowledge that, as well."  Yoon Jong Shin joked that it was a formal acknowledgement by SM.

INFINTE LAST ROMEO 2ND SEASON

Hello everyone! What do you think about INFINITE COMEBACK? Are they your LAST ROMEO?  I’m one of the INSPIRIT that really eager for this comeback. I’m one of the INSPIRIT that counting every second for their comeback since they announce the date.  I also have really high expectation towards this album.  I’m also a bit of worry since before this EXO make their comeback with OVERDOSE and today MV from 2NE1 Gotta be You also release today. I really hope all the best for them.

So, what do you think about their new album? AWESOME? OK? SO-SO? Or BAD? . For me.. its in between of an awesome and ok.  Its ok for the 1st time I heard it but after you heard it many time going to awesome.  Basically I’m not into idol’s music or song since I like ballad or slow rock (that the reason I love KIM SUNGGYU solo album).  But what I can say is INFINITE having an exception. When I herd their songs in this album my mind keep saying that they have their on identity of music. Something that when we herd their song we will think “ aaa…its INFINITE” . They show their on colour that just Infinite can pull that kind of colour.

Now let’s talk about the music video. What do you think guys? In my opinion, Infinite never disappoints us in term of giving good MV.  Even there a few of complain such as Hoya hairstyle (I don’t have any problem with blue hair), lack of story line (this not movie to have complicated story line), sound of the music to loud and we cant hear their voice clearly (which is this one I also agree) despite all this thing, I still think this MV is good. I’m quit shock to see Woohyun as the main in this MV. It’s shock in a good way since I really think that the main in this MV gonna be L (since he is the visual) but when I saw Woohyun.. I think “not bad…”. Outfit for this MV definitely sooo PRETTY.  Idea of the jacket is awesome, its give vintage’s vibe. They look good in both white and black but yes I prefer black because it’s look more manly.  The accessories also use in minimum (I really like dongwoo earring). I think stylist for this MV really had done a good job. They look sooo handsome, and we can also see how manly sungjong in this MV. The outfit really the best! I really like when they dance using black outfit. What I can see here is if the top a bit “flashy”, the pants will be a bit plain and vice verse and it’s really good and nice. For choreography..ooo god.. When they sway their hips, it’s really blow my mind. I really wanna see how this choreography looks like on the stage. After all, there more sunggyu in the center!!!! Really wanna see my sunggyu!!!!

Let’s stop about MV, let’s talk about songs.  They got 13 songs including 1 intro, which mean they got 12 songs. Since I’m more into ballad and slow rock, idol’s music usually not my type. But just like I said before this, INFINITE got exception.  Since I’m not into dance’s music, so I prefer A Person Like Me better then Last Romeo.  I personally really love Woohyun Solo track which is Close Your Eyes and basically I like this song because it ballad.  One thing that I admit is Woohyun really has a nice voice that makes me fall in love with him. LIGHT from Sunggyu also very nice even I wish he can sing something I NEED YOU or BECAUSE or something like Woohyun’s solo track. What surprising me is INFINITE F (sungjong, sungyeol and L) track. It’s good even without main and lead vocal. They should make album for this subunit. It’s just that I still can’t recognizes their voice. What bother me about this song is..There some part that.. I don’t know how to say its just music and it’s really bothering me when I herd it.  Alone by INFINITE H really not disappointed us. It’s definitely from our hip hop duo Hoya and Dongwoo. I also like other song like Follow Me, Reflex and Memories. Other songs also nice but the one that I mention are the one that really catch my heart. After all, this album is GOOD.

They said if they win with LAST ROMEO, Sunggyu will make their 2nd solo!!! OMG!!!  Lets pray they win with Last Romeo ok?! I really wanna see Sunggyu 2nd Solo album, or maybe INFINITE V!!! SUNGGYU AND WOOHYUN!!! That gonna be DAEBAK!!!! Hemm…but…to compete with EXO….its kinda hard right? Since the digital sale EXO dominating all the chart right now..but..no one know what gonna happen right? Its just 1st day of SEASON 2 release.. Lets hope the best for them! ^^
