SHINee’s Jonghyun and 2PM’s Chansung Support the ‘I’m Not Doing Okay’ Movement
With a new social movement that has been growing in the past several days, SHINee’s Jonghyun and 2PM’s Chansung have shown their support to the people fighting against injustice.
On December 14, a Korea University student, Joo Hyun Woo, posted up a large handwritten poster on campus, asking if people were doing okay, because he wasn’t.
He addressed the current issue of railroad workers going on strike over the assumed governmental plan to privatize a planned subsidiary of the Korea Railroad Corp, as well as a fixed presidential election, and other current events that present a display of injustice and censorship.
The ′I′m Not Okay′ hand-written posters caught on as more and more college students began to express their unhappiness with the current society.
Kang Eun Ha, a transgender bisexual college student, also pinned up her own powerful handwritten poster, speaking out against society, who has shown injustice and discrimination against the sexual minority youth.
To her surprise, her poster became the new Twitter profile photo of Jonghyun, bringing more attention to the issue.
Kang Eun Ha later revealed that Jonghyun has privately messaged her, saying, “I’m sending you a message just in case you receive unwanted attention or backlash with my Twitter. I support you. As a celebrity, as a different kind of public minority, I understand the disappointment of a world that doesn’t accept differences. Although, I’m sure that my feelings are nothing compared to yours.”
He continued, “I support you in the way that you are rightly shouting that being different is not wrong. I don’t believe that you are a person in need of comfort of worries because you are that much of a strong person. I hope that you will remain healthy and have a warm rest of the year.”
2PM’s Chansung also showed his support, tweeting on December 15, “This is dangerous, just dangerous. So I’m not doing okay.”

FT Island’s Choi Jong Hoon is Disappointed By the Negative Responses to Lee Hong Gi’s Injury
While most fans were wishing FT Island’s Lee Hong Gi a speedy recovery, some people had nothing nice to say, upsetting the band’s leader, Choi Jong Hoon.
FNC Entertainment previously stated that Lee Hong Gi slipped on some ice, causing a dislocated shoulder and a facial fracture. The injuries postponed Lee Hong Gi’s schedules, such as a drama filming as well as a FNC Entertainment Family concert which was to happen at the end of December.
As the leader, Choi Jong Hoon tweeted, on December 15, “We’re very apologetic to the fans and have nothing to say. Please pray for a speedy recovery and we will show you a better side to ourselves as soon as we can.”
Together with well-wished statements, netizens also posted negative comments, such as Lee Hong Gi purposely injuring himself to not go to the army or that he was too intoxicated.
Frustrated by the negativity that came with such an injury,Choi Jong Hoon tweeted again on December 15, “This is too much.”
Meanwhile, Lee Hong Gi was diagnosed to six weeks of treatment.

Won Bin and Lee Na Young Enjoy a Wedding Date
On December 17, an industry insider shared that Won Bin and Lee Na Young attended an agency staff’s wedding on December 15, which took place in Seoul.
The couple admitted their dating relationship earlier this year in July when one news media leaked paparazzi photos of the two on the date. However, they’re receiving a lot of attention for this outing since this is the first time they were spotted so plainly in public together. Add to the fact that it’s a wedding of all places, people are already jumping to conclusions.
Many fans were at first shocked of the two dating, but have quickly accepted their relationship as both have great public images. After confirming their relationship, the power celebrity couple became the visual couple in the entertainment world.
Many fans are waiting for their next projects as fans are more used to seeing them on screen for their endorsement deals. Won Bin’s last project was the hit movie “Ahjusshi,” which was released in 2010. Lee Na Young last participated in the movie “Howling” in 2012.

On December 16, SM Entertainment uploaded a video detailing the release of their artists’ season’s greetings. Fans can choose to purchase TVXQ!, Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, SHINee, f(x), EXO, and INFINITE season’s greeting package.
The overall package includes an SM artist’s calendar, scheduler, DVD, and a packaging box with the artist’s logo and design. Showing different personalities, each artist’s season’s greeting portrays a different style that defines the group.
Notably, fans can also purchase INFINITE’s season’s greeting among the other SM artists. Earlier this year, INFINITE’s agency Woolim Entertainment merged with SM C&C to form Woolim Label. Why Did SM Decide to Send EXO’s Chanyeol to the Jungle?
EXO‘s Chanyeol revealed how he got to be a part of the upcoming season of the survival reality show, “Law of the Jungle.”
On December 17, Chanyeol attended the press conference for the “Law of the Jungle” in Micronesia. He commented, “I am good at adjusting and becoming friends with new people. That is why my agency decided to send me to the jungle.”
Chanyeol continued, “I thought things would be hard in Micronesia, but I was able to adjust well, and it was actually fun. I especially can’t forget the delicious taste of eating crab after starving. I want to share that taste with you, but I can’t. If I ever go again, I want to eat crab again.
Meanwhile, this is the 11th journey for the “Law of the Jungle” cast, which includes Kim Byung Man, Park Jung Chul, Ryu Dam, Oh Jong Hyuk, Im Won Hee, Ye Ji Won and Im Siwan.
The first episode airs on December 20.

YoonA and the Kids on “Prime Minister and I"- so begins her married life?
YoonA pretends to be a horse and gives child actor Lee Do Hyun a ride on “Prime Minister and I,” marking the start of her project as mother to the Prime Minister’s three children.
New stills for KBS 2TV’s Monday-Tuesday drama “Prime Minister and I” released on December 17 show Lee Do Hyun on YoonA’s back. This scene also appeared in the preview for today’s episode of “Prime Minister and I.”
“Prime Minister and I” is a romantic fantasy, depicting the romance between an obstinate Prime Minister and a scandal reporter in her 20s who desperately wants to get married. The first three episodes that aired comically followed how a third-rate reporter Nam Da Jung (YoonA) and Korea’s youngest president Kwon Yul (Lee Bum Soo) met and the circumstances that led to their marriage.
Desperate to get married in front of her father, Nam Yoo Sik (Lee Han Wi), who has been given six months to live, Da Jung, not having thought through it carefully, proposes a marriage with the Prime Minister. Along with the marriage, comes the prospect of becoming the mother to the Prime Minister’s three kids, Woori, Nara and Manse (played by Choi Soo Han, Jeon Min Seo and Lee Do Hyun respectively).
In the pictures, mischievous maknae Lee Do Hyun appears to be treating YoonA as his toy, very naturally climbing on her back for a horse ride. YoonA appears to have been lost in thought, surprised when Lee Do Hyun approaches her.
On seeing YoonA’s efforts to become their mother, the two older kids appear slightly more apprehensive. Middle daughter Jeon Min Seo has her arms crossed, while eldest Choi Soo Han doesn’t quite care for his new mother either. It looks like despite winning over the youngest child, YoonA will face an uphill battle playing the new mother and wife.
According to the production company of “Prime Minister and I,” “Mommy YoonA and maknae Lee Do Hyun are real-life best friends on set and exhibit perfect teamwork with one another. Their marriage life may have started as a fake romance, but YoonA will show her best effort to become a real mother to these three kids. It will be funny but not take things too lightly. Please give a lot of attention and love to YoonA and the three kids’ project to become one family.”

Sung Si Kyung, Kim Heechul and Sandara Park Confirmed as SBS “Gayo Daejun” MCs
Sung Si Kyung, Kim Heechul and Sandara Park have been confirmed as MCs for SBS’s “Gayo Daejun!”
On December 18, SBS made the official announcement confirming this year’s “Gayo Daejun” MC lineup, which includes Sung Si Kyung, Super Junior member Heechul and 2NE1 member Sandara Park.
With Sung Si Kyung being a familiar face with the gift of glib, Kim Heechul prized for his quick wit and host of experiences with live broadcasts, and Sandara Park with her lively personality – fans are curious as to what sort of synergy the three will be bringing to this year’s “Gayo Daejun.” The interest level is especially high since this will be Sandara Park’s first time hosting the awards show as an MC.
“Gayo Daejun” will be holding a press conference for their end-of-the-year music awards program on December 18.
The “2013 Gayo Daejun” awards program is expected to broadcast live on December 29 at 8:45pm.
