Super Junior’s Siwon becomes the first Korean celebrity to surpass 3 million followers on Twitter

Super Junior‘s Siwon is officially the first Korean celebrity to surpass 3 million followers on Twitter!

As of January 5th midnight, Siwon’s Twitter is being followed by an audience of 3,002,170 users, making him the Korean celebrity with the most followers in the world. The global idol also became the first to reach 1 million in December of 2011, and apparently, his popularity has only been growing.

Aside from Super Junior’s loyal fans, part of the reason why he has gained so many followers may be due to his constant communication with his fans through the social networking site. He’s known to thank his fan club for sending food and other gifts to his drama sets as well as posting behind-the-scene photos.

Siwon has posted photos of himself with notable people such as director Steven Spielberg and designer Karl Lagerfeld as well as Korean sports stars working abroad.

In anticipation of reaching the 3 million mark, Siwon tweeted:

Super Junior’s Donghae and Leeteuk are following Siwon in second and third place, respectively, in terms of Twitter followers among Korean celebrities.

KIM SOO HYUN ON THE SET 'SECRETLY AND GREATLY'

Actor Kim Soo Hyun was recently spotted on the set of his new upcoming movie, ‘Secretly and Greatly‘.

In the photo, which was recently posted to an online community, were up-close stills of the charismatic actor on the set of his new feature film. Even though the actor is seen wearing matching green sweats and zip-up hoodie with a bucket-like hairstyle, a dramatic change for his character in the movie, his trademark good looks seems to have remained.

Meanwhile, ‘Secretly and Greatly’ is a drama/action movie that depicts a touching story between Won Ryu Hwan (Kim Soo Hyun), an elite spy sent to the south suffering from identity crisis in a divided territory, and the people of the village.

Oh Yeon Seo Poured Her Heart Out To Lee Joon

Actress Oh Yeon Seo poured her heart out to MBLAQ‘s Lee Joon on January 12th’s ‘We Got Married 4‘.

It was the first time the on-screen couple met in person after Oh Yeon Seo’s recent scandal broke out with her ‘Oh Ja Ryong‘ co-star Lee Jang Woo.

Oh Yeon Seo expressed her fears before Lee Joon arrived, stating, “I feel like running away because I’m scared, I’m worried about how to greet him, and I wonder if I can look him in the eyes as I talk to him. What do I do?”

When her on-screen husband arrived, things were a bit tense and silent. Oh Yeon Seo then said, “I’m not sure what I should say first or how I should say it, but I’m really sorry.” She went on, “I was really surprised too. I was surprised by the dating rumors. It was so sudden, I didn’t know what to do. After thinking about whether I should call you or not, I thought I should speak to you about it in person.”

The actress admitted that she and Lee Jang Woo did become friends after filming the drama together, and they have had meals as well as tea together to talk. However, she stated she had no idea photos of the two would turn into dating rumors.

Oh Yeon Seo continued, “This is the first time this has happened to me. [I think I may have sat back and let it happen]. That’s why the pictures were taken. I was worried about you. I was worried that you would see the headlines in the news and get shocked or hurt by them.”

After hearing her out, Lee Joon shared, “Truthfully, I was really angry. I thought I was the one who was harmed, but after seeing your face and thinking about it from your perspective, I understand now. I thought how thankful I would be if I was in a position like that and my partner came out to meet me.” He then added, “To be honest, I was sleeping [when it happened], so I thought it was a dream. In one way, I really hated you. I thought, ‘How could she do this?’ I’ve carefully thought about it, and you have nothing to hide so how can I not believe you?”

Oh Yeon Seo burst into tears after his words. Lee Joon commented during his solo interview, “I felt sorry for her. I really understand how she must feel and what kind of situation she was in.”

woww...I constantly talking about this couple..I think I addicted to them..hahaha..ok..my comment towards this article..hemm..I think Lee Joon have right to get angry even not because of he got feeling towards her... but from a business perspective..why I say like that?ok.. if the rumors were true, he would have been screwed over too..since they onscreen couple right now..even its just a fake relationship..its still awkward to see them together in the show but outside... she being with someone else..?

AGAIN..JOONSEO COUPLE's STORY

Lee Joon comforted Oh Yeon Seo with a personal story on the January 12th episode of ‘We Got Married 4‘.

The show broadcast the first meeting between the on-screen couple since the actress’ dating rumors with her ‘Oh Ja Ryong is Coming‘ co-star Lee Jang Woo broke out. Oh Yeon Seo made sure to clear it up with Lee Joon, explaining that the rumors were false. She also made a tearful apology as she was afraid he was hurt by the headlines.

After seeing her cry, Lee Joon said, “Everything passes. I thought I wanted to quit too. I really wanted to quit being a celebrity. I thought a lot about how it wasn’t for me.”

He continued on to share a story about a tough time he went through in the past, “When [MBLAQ wasn't doing so well], we went on a cable show to debate about sex offenders. The MBLAQ members were forced to split up for the show. Despite the fact that I had a different opinion, I had to think about it from that person’s perspective. I didn’t know what to say, since I had to listen to the opposing view.”

“When the broadcast aired, I was portrayed as someone who was defending a sex offender. After seeing that, it was hard because I didn’t even mean to come off that way. It drove me nuts. In your case, you didn’t intend for it to be that way, but it did become that way. I know you probably thought about quitting too. It’s so unfair because I feel like people only look at the surface. I’m not like that. The most important thing is that you know you did nothing wrong.”

Oh Yeon Seo commented during her solo interview, “My husband teared up talking about the past. My heart hurt seeing him like that. It’d be easy for him to say that the rumors will all pass, and that if I’m patient, time will clear everything up, but because he brought up his own story [to comfort me], it really hurt me.”

Lee Joon stated, “It was really hard at that time… for some reason, I felt like she feels the same way I did. Her expression was the same as mine when I was going through difficulties… That’s why I told her the story about me.”

there also some opinion that this scandals just a 'marketing strategy' ...just a publicity stunt....what do u think about that? dont u think its a risk to do that?(if its true..)
