INFINITE‘s Sunggyu rocked the stage during the broadcast of ‘Yoon Do Hyun’s MUST‘ as well as performing a bit of aegyo for his fans.

The singer started off with great live performances for his solo tracks, “60 Sec” and “I Need You” to the applause of the audience.

During the interview segment, Sunggyu also shared his love for rock music and was also convinced to perform the “cutie player” aegyo by the MCs, which he seemed quite embarrassed to do. So, his solution was to perform the fastest “cutie player” he could manage as he breezed through the aegyo, only to slow down at the very end, bringing laughs.

KARA’s Kang Ji Young Quits “IRIS 2”

KARA’s Kang Ji Young announced that she is no longer part of the cast for upcoming KBS drama “IRIS 2,” which stars Lee Da Hae and Jang Hyuk. 

On January 8, DSP Media published a press released, which stated, “Kang Ji Young has been in discussions to appear in KBS’s ‘IRIS 2,’ however, she has recently decided not to join the cast due to differences. The decision resulted from the fact that she wanted to do the best she can for herself and others.”

According to a representative of DSP Media, Kang Ji Young is carefully looking over other dramas and movies to make her acting debut with.

Had she taken the role, Kang Ji Young was supposed to play Song Chae Ran, a NSS agent. Although she was reported to join “IRIS 2” back in September, many netizens were speculating her leave due to her absence in any of the dramas’ teasers and posters. T-ara’s Soyeon is currently one of the candidates to replace Kang Ji Young in the upcoming series.

Song Joong Ki Admits He Is Hot-tempered

On SBS radio power FM’s “Park So Hyun’s Love Game” that aired on January 4, actor Song Joong Ki appeared as a special guest.

When one of the listeners asked if Song Joong Ki was really a “Nice Guy” and when was his last time he got angry, Song Joong Ki answered, “I actually have quite a temper.”

Song Joong Ki continued, “I tend to speak out when I feel like I am not being treated fairly at work. I also get angry when co-workers act rude. Once, I actually yelled at an older actor.”

When the listeners became shocked, Song Joong Ki added that his close friend Lee Kwang Soo advised him to have a better control of his emotions.

When DJ Park So Hyun said, “I begged Song Joong Ki to make a guest appearance here, and now I feel bad. I think Song Joong Ki was referring to me when he was talking about a rude older person,” Song Joong Ki apologized immediately. He appeared to be embarrassed, and stated, “I think I misspoke.”

Meanwhile on this show, Song Joong Ki also revealed why he was not completely happy with the success of his recent film “Wolf Boy.”
