It is being reported that actor So Ji Sub and After School‘s Jooyeon have been dating for over a year.
The news was reported in the upcoming January edition of Women’s Sense. According to the magazine, the two have been dating for about a year and four months. The two met in the summer of 2012 after being introduced to one another by MBLAQ‘s G.O. The two usually spent their dates at So Ji Sub’s home in Seoul. On December 19 the two had a date, and the next day So Ji Sub dropped her off at a hair salon. They even went to the U.S. together, and Jooyeon refers to So Ji Sub as “my boyfriend.”
In response to the rumors, a representative of So Ji Sub’s agency said, “This is the first time we are hearing of this. We are currently asking him about it.”
Jooyeon’s agency said that “Jooyeon is currently on a plane from China to Korea. We will ask her when she arrives.”
A spokesman for So Ji Sub denied that the two were dating. He said, “We checked with So Ji Sub and it is true that G.O. had introduced the two of them, but they met casually. They are not in a romantic relationship.”
G.O.’s spokesman also made an official statement about his involvement in bringing the two together, “It was not a private introduction. There were many people there in a casual setting.”

Actor Kim Su Ro recently asked Kim Woo Bin to do him an unusual favor.
On December 22, the viewers of MBC’s popular military variety show “Real Men” could see the seven cast members visit the military’s “Skeleton Unit” in Cheorwon Country. Sergeant Kim Yoo Il revealed that whoever receives a wonderful letter of encouragement will receive a short leave from the army. These letters are a great source of energy for all soldiers, who must serve in the military for two intensive years. Kim Su Ro decided to try his luck, but in order to do that, he had to first receive a message filled with supportive words from a close friend or a family member.
He soon gave a call to none other than the current hottest celebrity Kim Woo Bin, and requested the junior to write him a letter of encouragement. The young star replied, “Even ten sheets are not enough to let me fully express my feelings,” and expressed his affection towards the industry senior in a witty way. Kim Su Ro laughed and said, “You really know how to react.”
The two starred in the drama “Gentleman’s Dignity” last year and have since maintained a friendly relationship.

Dynamic Duo’s Choiza Appears on “Running Man,” Host Yoo Jae Suk Shows Concern
After laying low for a couple months due to a scandal with f(x)‘s Sulli, Dynamic Duo‘s Choiza has made an appearance on the December 22 episode of the variety show “Running Man.”
Entertainer Choiza appeared on the episode after Leessang‘s Gary was kidnapped. Dynamic Duo’s Choiza and Gaeko and members of the girl group A Pink were under suspicion by Yoo Jae Suk who was trying to find Gary.
On this episode, Yoo Jae suk was searching for Gary and went inside Dynamic Duo’s office for clues. As Choiza opened the door, Yoo Jae Suk worriedly asked Choiza, “Is it okay for you to come out?” hinting at the star’s recent scandal with Sulli. Choiza embarrassingly and shyly responded “I’m not sure if it’s okay.”
Netizens and fans were surprised at Choiza’s TV appearance.

Gong Hyo Jin Says Close Friend Son Ye Jin Would Be A Hit On Variety Shows
As a guest on SBS Power FM’s “Two O’Clock Escape Cultwo Show,” actress Gong Hyo Jin revealed her close friendship with fellow actress Son Ye Jin.
She shared, “I am older than Son Ye Jin, but I’ve always called her ‘Ye Jin Ah Ssi,’” showing the unusual combination of informal and formal manner of addressing someone as part of their adorable friendship.
She continued, “Son Ye Jin is someone who is always honest and really hilarious. If she showed her true self on variety programs, I’ve told (Son Ye Jin) that she’d discover a new world of opportunities available to her.”

Singer Sung Si Kyung recently revealed that Kim Jong Kook had scolded him in the past.
On December 20, Sung Si Kyung starred as a guest on JTBC’s “Witch Hunt” where he shared, “I made a promise with my manager before I debuted and was told that I could be friendly in greeting people I knew but didn’t have to greet those I didn’t know. As a result, a lot of people I didn’t know said a lot of negative things about me.”
He gave an instance of when he was scolded for his bad manners saying, “Since I knew Hong Kyung Min better than Kim Jong Kook, I would give Kyung Min a friendly greeting and to Kim Jong Kook I wasn’t as friendly. “Running Man” Ji Suk Jin Introduces His Wife and Son for the First Time
Entertainer Ji Suk Jin recently revealed his lovely family to the public for the first time.
On December 20, he appeared on MBC‘s new variety show “Real Animal Adoption: Our Family’s Youngest” together with his wife and son. Her wife Ryu Su Jung attracted the viewers’ attention with her youthful appearance, making it difficult to believe that she’s a mom. Park Jin Young Talks About His First Impression of Rain
Singer Park Jin Young recently talked about his first impression of Rain at his national tour concert, “Bad Party: The Halftime Show” on December 20.
Before introducing “Instead of Saying Goodbye,” which he wrote for Rain, he talked about how he first met the singer through the request of someone to watch Rain’s audition. “I was told he (Rain) had gotten rejected at 16 other auditions, and when he came in through the door, he looked like a starving lion. He looked so exhausted, but I could see a lion in his eyes, just full of his pride and dreams. He was someone who wanted desperately to be a singer, but his pride wouldn't let him beg and plead.”
Park Jin Young’s “Bad Party” is his annual brand concert that started in 2007, and this year celebrated his 19th year since his debut.
Park Jin Young will be performing in Seoul until December 22, after which he will hit Daegu, Pusan, and Incheon on December 24, 25, and 31, respectively.

“Infinity Challenge’s” Lonely Friends Episode Ranks 1st in Ratings with Guests Daesung, Sunny, and More
MBC’s “Infinity Challenge” once again proved its dominance during the Saturday evening time-slot through the show’s recent star studded episode.
According to Nielsen Korea, the December 21 episode of “Infinity Challenge” brought in a viewership of 15.8%. The recent ratings show a 1.1% increase compared to the December 14 episode, in which the show brought in 14.7% in ratings.
Although “Infinity Challenge” has been a solid variety show with high ratings, the recent episode featured guests Ji Sang Ryul, Kim Young Chul, Kim Na Young, Park Hwee Soon, Girls’ Generation’s Sunny, BIG BANG’s Daesung, Brown Eyed Girls‘ Narsha, Jin Goo, Ryu Seung Soo, Ahn Young Mi, Shin Sung Woo, and Kim Jae Dong. The recent episode held a ‘Lonely Friends’ special in which celebrities who seemed lonely and alone would be given the opportunity to meet their perfect companion to spend the holiday season with.
On another note, other shows that aired during the same time-slot had differing ratings. SBS’ “Star King” had a viewership of 12.5% and KBS2TV’s “Immortal Song” had a viewership of 6.6%. MBC’s “Infinity Challenge” broadcasts every Saturdays at 6:25PM (KST).

Bae Yong Joon Confirmed to Be Dating 14-Years-Younger Non-Celebrity!
After reports of Bae Yong Joon in a relationship have been made, his agency Key East has confirmed this by releasing an official statement.
On December 23, a Japanese news agency reported, “It has been known that Korean actor Bae Yong Joon has found to be in a serious relationship with a 27-year-old, non-celebrity Korean woman.”
Key East reps spoke with OSEN on the same day and said, “It is true that Bae Yong Joon has been in a relationship with a non-celebrity woman for about three months. They are at the beginning stages of their relationship so they are being cautious but since they are at a certain age, they are in a serious relationship.”
The Key East reps also confirmed, “The description of the woman that was revealed by the previous reports are true. However, since she is not a celebrity, it is difficult for us to reveal any other information in detail.”
They continued, “They are in a good and serious relationship. They met through mutual acquaintances and naturally got closer. They are building up their relationship in a positive way right now. We hope you will watch over them with a good heart.”
According to the Japanese news report, Bae Yong Joon (age 41) met his 14-years-younger girlfriend through a mutual friend during a meal a couple months ago. The news report also claimed that Bae Yong Joon traveled to Japan on November 28 with his girlfriend to attend his friend’s wedding reception. During their stay in Japan, Bae Yong Joon and his girlfriend was said to have a good time together by dining out and shopping. When they left Japan, they were said to wear matching black hats.
The news report also said, “According to close Korean sources, the woman is the daughter of a famous businessman in Korea. She is tall at 170cm and is very beautiful. She is living in Seoul at the moment but she lived in America for a long time, making her a fluent English speaker. She is said to be bright and has an active personality. After being introduced by a mutual acquaintances, the two have been enjoying secret dates and have been carefully developing their relationship.”
Meanwhile, Bae Yong Joon has not been public about dating since his relationship with music video and CF director, Lee Sa Kang in 2004. He has been involved in many dating rumors since then but has denied all of them. This will be his first publicly known girlfriend in nine years.
