OFFROAD’s G.I faints upon seeing a ghost while filming their reality show

 

OFFROAD‘s G.I. surprised everyone by suddenly fainting while filming their SBS MTV reality show ‘OFFROAD, The Adventure‘.

 

During the filming of the upcoming episode of ‘OFFROAD, The Adventure’, the boys visited a ‘ghost town’ in Australia and upon seeing what he thought was a ghost present in an abandoned house, G.I suddenly fainted. This came about when the members were given the mission find hidden items in the ghost town.

 

G.I initially mentioned that he frequently sees ghosts, and went about looking confident at first. However, he started to look cautious and uncomfortable when upon nearing a certain house. Once he entered the house, he suddenly fainted, putting everyone into panic. He woke up a few hours later sharing, “I have no memory of fainting.”

 

The filming crew commented, “When G.I fainted, all of the staff were so shocked that the filming was paused. Fortunately, G.I. came back to consciousness shortly after. We thought about his health first and decided to cancel filming for the entire day but G.I. kept insisting that we continue filming. It seems like his body was weak due to the tight overseas schedule so we felt bad.”

Recently, he has been getting close with professional photographers and is consistently studying photography. Although we’re not sure if the photos themselves may be lacking, we hope that you look fondly at the sincerity and honest stories contained in the photos.”

 

Only 30,000 copies will be available, so make sure to grab yourself a copy when it’s released in May!

 

Super Junior reveal they want to continue ‘Super Show’ until the last member enlists

Super Junior performed in front of 8,000 Brazilian fans at ‘Super Show 5‘ in Sao Paulo and reflected on the overwhelming fan response as well as the changes in the number of members, especially with Yesung‘s upcoming enlistment.

 

Q: “How was the fan response in Brazil?”

 

A: “It was crazy. They danced along and followed the choreography to each song. That is why we adjust our pace in the beginning, and we end up using up all of our strength. The fans don’t get tired, but we get tired instead so it’s frustrating.”

 

Q: “Why do you think the South American fans have a stronger response?”

 

A: “In the countries that we visit often, we expect to see more individual fans. But because South America is a place we don’t come too often and they like Super Junior as a group and like our songs, so the response is stronger.”

 

 

Q: “How does it feel to be the first idol group to hold a solo concert in Brazil?”

 

A: “When we first made our debut, we dreamed of becoming #1 in Asia, but as the scale grew bigger, we were amazed to see requests for us to perform coming in from half-way across the world. We are amazed that the name Super Junior can be listed in the pages of history and record books.”

 

Q: “It took 25 hours for you to travel to Brazil. How was the ride?”

 

A: “We previously traveled for thirty hours to arrive in Chile. To be honest, because of our experience going to Chile, we had fears about going to Brazil, but we formed our own know-how on how to get through it. We rode the plane comfortably this time.”

 

 

Q: “Do you have any concerns about the decrease in the number of members with some enlisting in the military?”

 

A: “It is true that we had a lot of concerns about the number of members. But while touring for ‘Super Show’, we formed our own individual know-how and our faith in our members grew. Now we think that there is no need to worry about the changing number of members. More than anything else, if one member enlists, we know another will come back. Until the last member enlists, we want to protect the brand of ‘Super Show’.”

The former G.O.D. member Son Ho Young, revealed his home for the first time! On the first broadcast of Live Channel’s “Son Ho Young’s Asian Cook” Son Ho Young showed his everyday life. He revealed his new house and modern kitchen. On the show, he showed off a simple Asian fusion recipe.

 

Son Ho Young stated on the episode, “Getting an award because of cooking was like a dream and unbelievable. It feels like I have a new burden on my shoulder, but I also feel like a real cook. I want to show the Asian fusion food that I cooked on ‘Master Chef Korea Celebrity’ with my own style through ‘Son Ho Young’s Asian Cook.’”

 

“Son Ho Young’s Asian Cook” is a cooking program run by Son Ho Young who won “Master Chef Korea Celebrity.” Son Ho Young will mostly show recipes for Asian fusion dishes. The show broadcasts every Wednesday at 10:30am and 9:00pm.

Really, it seems like miss A’s Suzy does not really need photoshop at all! Her “before and after” photoshoot pictures were recently revealed! For the May edition of the fashion magazine Cosmopolitan, South Korea’s sweetheart appeared in a Swarovski summer photoshoot. The concept up of the photoshoot was “A meet with a tropical paradise during a trip into nature.” In the different pictures, Suzy looked beautiful, innocent, and sexy all at the same time!

Barefoot Friends leaves for Indonesia

T

he SBS program Barefoot Friends has chosen Indonesia as its next destination. According to an announcement made by an SBS official on April 25, the production staff will stay in Indonesia for five days and four nights to shoot the program.

 

The cast consists of eight members: Kang Ho Dong, Yoon Jong Shin, Kim Bum Soo, Yoo Se Yoon, Kim Hyun Joong, Yoon Si Yoon, Eun Hyuk (Super Junior), and Uee (After School). The first episode aired on April 21. In it the members arrived in Vietnam and carried out their mission, which was to live as if they were local residents.

 

Barefoot Friends is a reality show in which the goal is to build relationships with local people while traveling in domestic and foreign locations. The show airs at 4:55 p.m. every Sunday.

Super Junior are the first Korean artists to give a concert in Argentina

 

Super Junior captivated Argentine fans’ hearts at the concert they held in Luna Park Stadium, in Buenos Aires on April 23 for a gathering 8,000 local fans. This is a meaningful event because it is the first concert held in the region by Korean pop stars.

 

The group performed 24 songs, including several of their hits and ballads, and also gave some funny performances.

 

At a press conference held prior to the concert, 20 local media, including C5N, Telenoche, La Nacion, La Capital, and Reuters, attended to report on the K-pop idols. On April 22, the day when the group landed in the country, a large crowd gathered at the airport and hotel, singing the group’s songs and occupying the street at night.

 

Having finished the concerts in Brazil and Argentina, Super Junior will continue their tour in Movistar Arena in Santiago, Chile, on April 25.

Well, there’s not much information on it yet – except that 30 of Korea’s top celebrities are shouting it through a mysterious video clip. It’s probably the one place that the top three MCs of Korea – namely Yoo Jae Suk, Shin Dong Yup, and Kang Ho Dong – appear together, minus the end of the year shows.

Lee Si Young was in the finals for the ‘2013 Korean Representative Final Selection‘, and she faced off against her opponent Kim Da Som in the 48 kg class.

 

She lost the first round 2-4, and was unable to close the gap in the second round that ended 7-9. However, starting from the 3rd round, she started to take the lead 16-14, and in the end she won 22-20, making her the first active celebrity to become a national representative athlete for boxing.

Ukiss heats up the night with Collage Tour in Singapore

Last weekend, the Coliseum was filled with screaming fans as Ukiss held their Collage Tour. It was a highly anticipated concert for Singapore Kissmes as it was their first time performing songs from their latest album ‘Collage’ and it has also been a long time since they were in Singapore.

 

 

Despite of the warm weather, Ukiss members still put in their best and gave fans an energetic and passionate performance. Not only did they perform new songs from ‘Collage’ album, but also their all-time hit songs such as ‘Manmanhani’, ’0330′ and ‘Neverland’.

 

In addition to performing songs that have already been released, for the benefit of Singapore Kissmes, uBeat (sub-unit consisting of Eli, AJ and Kevin) also revealed a little bit of their song during the concert! Although it was only one line from the chorus but fans simply went crazy upon hearing it.

 

 

And who says concert can’t include elements of a fanmeet? Ukiss gave so much fan service than you could ever have imagined. The members picked a fangirl who seemed to be the most enthusiastic fan and invited her up onto the stage! They then took a photo with the girl upon hearing her request. That’s not all, even though not everyone gets to be so lucky to go on stage, but many fans actually got towels from Ukiss members. One of the most amazing moment has to be when Kiseop took a fan’s camera and took a selca with it!

Gwiyomi? Gwiyomi! The members also prepared a special present to fans – all 7 members did their own version of Gwiyomi! Fans got to see a total of 7 different versions of Gwiyomi (such as ‘cute, sexy, musculine…’) depending on the character of each member.

 

It was a night to remember and treasure, many fans broke into tears as the concert came to an end. Before the members left the stage, they promised the fans that they will be back again in Singapore really soon.

On her two co-stars, Shin Se Kyung commented, “I have a romance line with Song Seung Hun and Yeon Woo Jin. Seung Hun oppa has a lot of childish elements, so when I see him, I can’t help but smile. But when I see Woo Jin oppa, my heart starts beating all of a sudden.”

 

When asked about who she would pick for her character, she answered, “If it were up to me, I’d pick Yeon Woo Jin. But Seo Mi Do [her character] has a lot of personal pain, such as her family, so she has a lot of points when she does things that aren’t easy to understand. Because of her wishy-washy attitude, there are times when she’s criticized by the viewers. But I started this knowing she’d be criticized. I hope a lot of people can see from her perspective.”

Boyfriend are celebrating their 700th day since debut as well as members Kwangmin and Youngmin‘s 19th birthday (International age: 18) today!

 

The group posted on their official Facebook: “Happy Birthday YoungMin & KwangMin, and Happy 700th day BOYFRIEND & Bestfriends! Thank you for supporting BOYFRIEND always :)!! We ask for your great love ^^.”

 

The boys treated their ‘Bestfriends‘ with celebratory photos and a video greeting. Member Minwoo also hinted that Boyfriend will be returning soon with the tweet, “It’s been 700 days since we’ve debuted! We’re more happy and thankful that so many people congratulated us! Psy to donate $447,000 USD from “Gentleman” profits to charity

 

Psy will be donating 500,000,000 KRW (approximately $447,000 USD) of his profits from “Gentleman” to charity.

 

Since “Gentleman” has only been out for a short time, he has yet to calculate the profit and sales figures. However, Psy has gone ahead and decided to donate 500 million KRW of the profits from his ‘HAPPENING‘ concert as well as adding in his own money.

 

The reason why he chose to donate such a big amount is because he wanted to give back to the fans who’d shown him unending support. He said, “The love that’s big as the sky that I get from my fans is very heavy. Of course I’m going to keep giving back with good music, but I also want to lead in donating continuously and work hard for those who are neglected in the world.”

 

His donations will be used to help children with cancer. He’d been thinking hard about where to donate his money, and made his decision after he saw the various donations that other celebrities made, including the one Yang Hyun Suk made himself.

Looks like Psy really is a gentleman.

2PM’s Junho speaks up about the edited photo from 2PM’s Tokyo Dome concert

 

2PM‘s Junho spoke up about the edited photo from their Tokyo Dome concert.

 

Junho wrote on Twitter to express his disappointment and wrote, “I feel suffocated that the dream stage that was put together through everyone’s hard work has been turned into nothing over a photo even I find to be ridiculous. It’s obvious someone made a mistake, and I have nothing to say since that mistake was ours.”

He added, “I feel pained that the hearts of the staff who worked hard for the stage, and especially the hearts of the fan’s who completely and brightly filled up the large venue for 2 days has been dulled in one moment, so I am writing this.”

 

JYP Entertainment had already apologized for the mishap, commenting, “It was a mistake on the agency’s part and we apologize. The majority of the agency staff were present at the concert, and since the time was tight for sending the press release to media outlets, we had an outside company color correct the photos. The error in the photo wasn’t spotted during this time and it was added to our official press release.“
