Lee Joon explains why G-Dragon is his ideal type among male stars on 'Weekly Idol'

It appears Jung Hyung Don has some competition as G-Dragon proved to be quite popular not only with the ladies but also with the guys.

On December 11, MBC Everyone's 'Weekly Idol' had G-Dragon as a guest and made him guess why he had been chosen by MBLAQ's Lee Joon as his ideal type.  After G-Dragon made his guess, Jung Hyung Don and Defconn called up Lee Joon for confirmation.

When asked about his ideal type, Lee Joon first chose Kim Yuna, the figure skater, to everyone's amusement.  The MCs clarified, asking for an ideal type among male idol stars.  Lee Joon chose G-Dragon, then started laughing when he found out G-Dragon was currently filming on the show.

Afterwards, Lee Joon could not talk correctly, stuttering and clearly being flustered until G-Dragon asked, "What do you like about me?"

Lee Joon explained that a few years ago, he had liked Girl's Day's Minah so he chose G-Dragon on the basis that his smile was similar to hers.  They both do have incredibly charming and cute eye smiles, don't they?

EXO and A Pink Embroiled in an Online Game Chatting Controversy, Both Sides Respond

Earlier in the day of December 11 (KST) , stories about a “A Pink and EXO‘s Game Conversation” began circulating online, becoming a hot issue as the conversation reportedly contained cursing. It started at a certain online community when a post was uploaded with an audio file and a message that said the audio was a recording of an inappropriate conversation between EXO and A Pink.  It was supposedly a conversation held between two EXO members and two A Pink members while playing a popular online game.

In the audio, according to No Cut News, EXO member Sehun‘s name turns up, as well A Pink member Bomi‘s name. The conversation is playful and casual, as the people in the audio heatedly play the online game. At the end of the audio, the people recorded notice that there is someone else in the chatting room, and as they show surprise, the recording ends.

The person who claims she released the audio, revealed on her blog that she had been watching EXO play the online game for some time. She said, “As soon as EXO started the game, they said, ‘Come to hiyibbeum-1212-tok.’ So I found the room, typed ’1212,’ and was able to get in.”

Both A Pink and EXO’s agency have responded to this controversy, releasing statements to various media outlets. A Pink’s agency, ACube Entertainment stated, “The female voices in the audio file circulating on the internet are not A Pink’s.” It elaborated, “A Pink members only play simple mobile games while they are traveling between schedules. They don’t play the online game at issue on the internet. They don’t even have contact with EXO.”

EXO’s agency, SM Entertainment, stated, “It seems a conversation held during a game between the [EXO] members and their acquaintances have been leaked.” It explained that the acquaintances are not celebrities, and added, “We currently don’t have a detailed response plan yet.”

In addition, the text conversation between the person who leaked the audio file and EXO member Suho have been released. The message is sent to “Kim Joon Myun,” which is Suho’s real name. The person asks Suho if he won’t file charges against her if she leaks the audio file between EXO and A Pink. Suho asks if she is threatening them, and the female keeps explaining that she is just asking. Suho asks what is it that she wants, and the female replies that she isn’t threatening him; she’s merely asking if she will be charged with anything. Suho informs this female that the females in the conversation are not celebrities so he doesn’t want any damages coming to them. When the discloser insists that the females in the conversation are A Pink because the name “bboom” was used, Suho explains that he was just using a nickname. He then tells the discloser to ask the court if she is curious, not him.

Wonder Girl’s Sohee Will Not Be Renewing Her Contract with JYP

JYP Entertainment has published a press release that revealed that Wonder Girl’s Sohee will not be renewing her contract with the agency once it expires on December 21 of this year. They cite the reasons for this split due to her desire to focus on acting. Meanwhile the same press release has stated that fellow Wonder Girl’s members Sunye, Yenny and Yubin have agreed to renew their contracts pending some minor detail clarifications.

We had previously reported in our JYP contract length article that the contract for the original Wonder Girl’s members will end in December of this year.  In what seems to be an attempt to put speculations about the future of the Wonder Girls to rest, JYP Entertainment posted a press release on December 11 to clarify what was happening with the contracts for the individual Wonder Girls members.

In this press release JYP Entertainment states that “The Wonder Girls members Sunye, Yenny and Yubin have in principle agreed to renew their contracts with the agency, and we are currently working out the finer details.” They have also mentioned that Sunye, Yenny and Sohee’s contracts expires in December 21 of this year while Yubin’s contract expires in September of next year. Hyelim’s contract however was not mentioned in the press release.

However in regards to Sohee, JYP Entertainment continued to state that “Sohee has decided that it’s time for some personal changes and has expressed a desire to focus on her acting in a new environment. After much discussion we have agreed to respect her wishes.”

In regards to the future of the Wonder Girls as a group, JYP Entertainment states that “We will be deciding on a specific time schedule and process for future Wonder Girl’s activities in accordance with each member’s individual activities.”

The agency concludes by thanking everyone for their continued support of the Wonder Girls. Currently there is no further details about where Sohee is headed to.

However in a statement made to news media outlet “enews24,” an agency official was reluctant to state that Sohee will be leaving the agency. They instead stated that “It hasn’t been fully confirmed as of yet. We are still currently working out the final details.” and that “We are not at a stage where we can state whether Sohee will be leaving or staying with the agency.”

Lee Seung Gi and Suzy Will Enjoy Fame and Fortune for Their Whole Lives, Says Face Reader

Lee Seung Gi and Suzy Will Enjoy Fame and Fortune for Their Whole Lives, Says Face Reader

Lee Seung Gi and Suzy have been selected as having the best physiognomies (facial features).

The December 11 episode of On Style’s “Get It Beauty” introduced some “physiognomy makeup” know-how, in order to bring good luck. Physiognomy expert Queeny was brought in to analyze faces with good fortune, and gave makeup tips on how to increase luck in love and career, two things women in their 20s and 30s care the most about.

Looking at the forehead-eyebrow area (luck in the early years), from the eyebrows to the tip of the nose (one’s middle years) and the tip of the nose to the chin (one’s latter years), Queeny’s ideal face has a golden ratio of 1:1:1. Also, the “five sensory organs”, the eyes, nose, lips, ears and eyebrows should be straight, complexion should be healthy and glowing, and generally straight, round forms are conditions for a face of good fortune.

So which celebrities would have the best facial features? This expert picked Suzy and Lee Seung Gi. In Suzy’s case, her straight eyebrows wrap around her eyes, indicative of a stable disposition, while her strong, wide and round jaw point to good health and luck with having children.

Lee Seung Gi’s slight bump and shine on the area about the eyebrows (bokdeokgung) point to a lifetime of wealth and fame. His good complexion and wide forehead are indicative of luck in the early years and with one’s elders. Those with a straight nose and nice and thick nose tips will have enjoy wealth, and a mouth that curls up slightly at the corners mean that one will be easily be able to achieve one’s goals.

This episode of “Get It Beauty” aired on December 11.
