Shin Hye Sung of Shinhwa renews contract with his agency

 

Shinhwa‘s Shin Hye Sung has shown loyalty to his current agency managing his solo activities, Liveworks Company, by renewing his contract.

 

Shin Hye Sung shared his reason for the renewal, stating, “I thank my agency who endlessly supports all of my activities as the singer Shin Hye Sung and Shinhwa’s main vocalist Shin Hye Sung. I will focus more on my music in the future and will work hard to show a good image as a singer.”

 

Liveworks Company’s CEO also revealed his fondness for the talented singer as he commented, “I’ve known Shin Hye Sung for close to ten years and he is a singer who always has an overwhelming passion for music. He was probably given a lot more advantageous offers so we are really grateful to Shin Hye Sung for trusting our agency and renewing his contract. We will balance his solo activities as a musician for his album, concerts, and more as well as his activities as part of Korea’s longest-running idol group Shinhwa. We will endlessly support him so that he can develop more in those two areas.”

 

Shinhwa will hold their 15th anniversary concert on the 16th and 17th at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul ahead of their comeback in April!

Park Si Yeon and Lee Seung Yeon revealed to have been administered propofol over 100 times

Out of the celebrities summoned for propofol abuse, it has been revealed that Park Si Yeon and Lee Seung Yeon had been administered propofol more than 100 times.

 

The Seoul Central Prosecutors’ Office released their intermediate investigation results, where they revealed that they would be charging two doctors and a ‘Lee’ that has been administering propofol. They also indicted Park Si Yeon, Lee Seung Yeon, and Jang Mi In Ae, who have been regularly administered propofol 100 times or more. For 4 others including Hyun Young, who had a small amount of propofol adminstered for a short time, a fine will be issued.

 

According to their investigations, Park Si Yeon had been administered propofol 185 times from February 2011 to December 2012, disguising it under having carboxy therapies. Lee Seung Yeon had been administered it 111 times from February 2011 to December 2012, while using the excuse of Botox procedures. Jang Mi In Ae had 95 times from December 2011 to September 2012, and Hyun Young had gotten it 42 times.

Actor Jo In Sung captures the hearts of female staff members with White Day presents

Not only has actor Jo In Sung captured the hearts of female viewers with his role in ‘Wind Blows In Winter‘, but he’s also succeeded in stealing the hearts of the female staff members!

 

A male staff of the drama recently shared the photo above and wrote, “These are the gifts that Jo In Sung prepared for the female staff members for the upcoming White Day~ Took a picture without being noticed. Kekeke. Ah~ I wish I was a girl today.”

 

The single photo shows boxes of elaborately decorated chocolate neatly tied up with red satin ribbons, which were presented to the lucky female staff members.

 

If you’re just learning about White Day, it’s a day celebrated on March 14th, one month after Valentine’s Day, wherein the boys give gifts and candies to girls (to return the favor from when girls gave them gifts on Valentine’s Day).

Sub-unit ZE:A5 officially announces Korean debut!

 

Good news for all the ZE:A fans out there! After hinting on their upcoming Korean debut, ZE:A5 has now confirmed their debut date as well as unveiling their album tracklist!

 

The ZE:A subunit, consisting of Siwan, Hyungsik, Kevin, Dongjun, and Minwoo, debuted first in Japan and will gather together once again to show a new image to their Korean fans. The upcoming mini album is entitled in French, ‘Voulez Vous‘, and contains eight tracks including the title track “Day of Breakup“. (“Change Up” is said to be a bonus track, so it’ll only be available through the physical album)

 

An agency representative revealed, “In contrast to ZE:A’s powerful performances on stage, ZE:A5 will focus on their sweet voices. The members will showcase their vocal talent and harmonies.”

 

The new mini album will be released on the 25th! ZE:A5 will also kick off their domestic promotions on ‘M! Countdown‘ on the 28th.

Younha and Naul collaborate for upcoming single “It’s Not Like That”

Spring is definitely becoming the season for talented vocalists to make their comebacks and it has been revealed that singer Younha will also be joining them this April!

 

Younha will be recruiting the help of talented artists including Naul, who wrote and composed her upcoming single “It’s Not Like That” to be released on the 22nd. “It’s Not Like That” expresses the painful feelings after a breakup, perhaps inspired by Naul’s personal experience, making the song even more meaningful.

 

Younha’s agency stated, “To create a high quality album, she is currently focusing on putting the finishing touches. She is working hard to show a new image so please anticipate it.”

Kim Sung Min Tears Up While Talking about Secret Marriage and Drug Conviction on tvN “Taxi”

Actor Kim Sung Min appeared on tvN “Talk Show Taxi” and talked about his secret marriage and drug scandal rather frankly. This is his first variety show appearance since he was convicted of illegal drug use two years ago. On this episode of “Taxi,” Kim Sung Min opened up honestly and earnestly about his secret marriage.

 

He said that when he first started dating his girlfriend, who is now his wife, he was very much attracted to her. So he asked her, “Will you by my Soju drinking buddy for the rest of my life?” and was able to win her as his bride within three months. Moreover, the secret wedding was also a surprise wedding for everyone. Kim Sung Min explained, “I originally had a birthday party planned and I thought it’d be nice to have my wedding with friends and family there at my birthday party. So, all the people who came to my wedding thought they were coming to another birthday party.”

 

In talking about his stories, Kim Sung Min could not hold back his tears. He was especially resentful about the wedding. He said, “We didn’t even take wedding photos. All we have of that day is some pictures and video clips taken by my friends’ and colleagues’ cellphones.”

Park Shi Hoo and “A” Both Take a Lie Detector Test

 

Currently the big question for Park Shi Hoo is: “When is it all going to stop?” Park Shi Hoo was questioned for rape, and then Park Shi Hoo counter-sued “A” for defamation. Park Shi Hoo’s side is arguing that rape did not happen while the other side is claiming rape. As the next stage of this long and drawn out courtroom drama, Park Shi Hoo and “A” were taken in to be questioned with a lie detector.

 

First, the girl who claims she was raped appeared to be questioned on March 13 at 8:45am. Park Shi Hoo arrived to get questioned around 9:30am on the same day. Neither of them answered any questions asked by the press.

 

The results of the lie detector will be revealed in a week. However, it cannot be used as a legal evidence but it will still be used as supplemental information for the investigation.

 

 

Girls’ Generation Taeyeon Accidently Hits a Fan with a Baseball!

Oops! Really the Girls’ Generation should consider taking baseball throwing lessons. First, it was Jessica and her somewhat harmless first pitch blooper. Now, Taeyeon has taken it up a notch and she is downright throwing balls at fans! (To hurt them GAHHH! jk ^^)

 

The cute incident happened during the Hiroshima concert of Girls’ Generation’s “2013 Girls’ Generation Arena Tour.” The concert was held on March 10. All of the Girls’ Generation girls can be seen in a “marine” look. Everyone is giving baseballs out to fans. Taeyeon winds up to give a ball to somebody far away but the ball ends up hitting a fan! Taeyeon is shown looking shocked and embarrassed.

 

Taeyeon went back to ask if the fan was ok in Japanese and apologized. The “2013 Girls’ Generation Arena Tour” will continue to go on throughout 7 different Japanese cities until April 21.

Be Wary of Suzy’s Eyes Because She Will Control You!!

 

When cats stare at you, it is quite a cute and interesting experience. It is cute because cats look adorable. The reason why it is interesting is that cats believe that they are your owners, not the other way around. Well, it looks like miss A’s Suzy has taken it one way further, and she is pretty much controlling people with her beautiful eyes and stare.

 

It’s hard to tell what the source of Suzy’s power is. Her look is both cute, full of wonder, innocent, and beautiful all at the same time.

 

An online community recently put together a collage of pictures showing Suzy’s “controlling look.” (The pictures actually look more like they would melt any man, on the spot) The title of the post was, “Suzy is currently training men with her eyes.”
