As a young girl, if anyone were to ask me “Who is your role model?”
Without batting an eyelid, my answer would be none other than Aishwarya
Rai Bachchan.
Not only is she the world’s most beautiful woman (I’m positive I’m not
the only one who thinks Miss World 1994 title does her justice. She
should be Miss Universe!), in fact Aishwarya expresses beauty beyond
physical appearance, substance, intelligence and an inner beauty.
Instead of providing you with the Wikipedia list of Aishwarya Rai
Bachchan’s achievements, I’m taking things personally this time, while
sharing why you too should idolize Aishwarya Rai.
Fight for your rights
Whether it’s being beaten by your significant other or being talked down
by a random stranger, Aishwarya Rai doesn’t take nonsense from anyone.
She stands up for what she believes, she doesn’t settle for less than
what she deserves and she speaks her mind. Remember how she ended the
abusive relationship she had with fellow actor Salman Khan? Aishwarya
knows her worth and all of us should as well.

far more freedom to exercise her rights. It took them ages to get ready
for one appearance, and imagine staying behind curtains all day long. ’’
Nothing lasts forever
Aishwarya Rai teaches us an important lesson as to physical appearance
and youth. No one stays perfect looking or young forever. Even though
she was Miss World 1994, Aishwarya is as real as one can get. Being
criticized for her post pregnancy weight, she takes it in her stride as
she continues to amaze and impress, not with a size 2 figure but with
her wit and charm. Thus ladies, read up. Brains will last longer and
take you the extra mile, not your pretty face.
A lady should always be classy
It is no wonder why Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was chosen to attend Cannes
year after year, be the face of L’oreal and Longines. The woman is the
epitome of elegance and class. In an era where most girls aspire to be
like Badgal Riri, it’s good to understand what it means to be a real
woman.
Whether it’s in the way she speaks, dresses or associates herself,
Aishwarya Rai is a walking and talking example of Coco Chanel’s main
requirement of a lady: classy and fabulous.
When it comes to speaking up one’s mind, do like Aishwarya Rai during
her epic interview on The David Letterman Show. Should someone insult
you, return the favour but do it with class.
Put Family First
Know your priority. Despite making it big, Aishwarya always puts her
family first. A successful career can only take you so far. As cheesy as
this may sound, your career won’t be with you the moment you fall on
your back. As a mother, we’ve seen how Aishwarya often puts baby
Aaradhya first. No matter how busy you are, never abandon family.
