Park Myung
Soo has boldly claimed that the 2AM members do not get along
with each other.
On the March 2nd broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Quiz to Change the
World‘, the ambitious and always-prepared comedian Park Myung Soo
started a new segment for the show. In this new segment, MC Park Myung Soo aims
to prod the entertainment industry with shocking news backed by “evidence”.
For this episode, Park Myung Soo selected the 2AM members to be his first
victims, saying, “There are [rumors] floating around that these days, the
2AM [members] don’t get along. I’ve heard that, until recently, they used to
live together [in a dormitory], but now they live in their own individual homes
leading separate lives.”
At this, 2AM’s maknae Jinwoon admitted, “As
the housing contract has ended, we are living separately. As we have debut
anniversary meetings [every year], we [think it's okay to] lead separate
lives.”
Park Myung Soo, however, retorted, “Honestly, four men can’t all get
along with each other. There’s another severe rumor floating around that [the
2AM members] don’t get along because of one person. There’s even a rumor saying
that Jinwoon’s ‘star-byung’ [arrogant attitude as a star] is the reason [that
there is such a discord among the members]. I even have a picture that shows
Jinwoon kicking the door of the dormitory [as evidence of his bad
attitude].”
The 2AM members appeared shocked at the comedian’s absurd declaration, and
denied his claims profusely. MC Lee Hwee Jae himself
seemed to find the story ridiculous, as he noted, “I feel like I just
listened to a children’s fairytale,” drawing laughter from the set.
