Actor Kim Soo Hyun recently said it’s not true that he was cast as the lead role in Tazza 2.

 

On February 13, Key East, Kim’s agency, reported, “We were just asked about Kim Soo Hyun’s schedule. He hasn’t even received the script of the film. It’s not true that Kim Soo Hyun was cast in Tazza 2.” A media source reported earlier than Kim was recently cast as the lead role in Tazza 2.

 

Regarding the report, Key East said, “Kim Soo Hyun is currently receiving a lot of offers for TV drama series and films. Tazza 2 is just one of them.” The production team of Tazza 2 also said exactly the same.

 

The production team of Tazza 2 says, “Because we’re currently working on the script, we haven’t even started casting. We were just asking some actors about their schedules. It’s not true that the cast has already been decided.”

 

Tazza 2 is a sequel to the hit movie Tazza, which was released in 2006 and attracted over 6.84 million viewers. Kang Hyung Cheol, who also directed Speedy Scandal and Sunny, will direct the film, so a lot of people in the movie industry are currently paying close attention to the film. The shooting was supposed to be started early this year, but it has been postponed as the production team recently decided to revise the script.
