After
School‘s Jooyeon revealed the behind-the-scenes story about
her kiss scene with co-star Hong Jong Hyun in the
KBS2TV drama ‘Jeonwoochi‘.
In an interview on the 14th, Jooyeon stated, “Though Hong Jong Hyun and I
filmed alongside each other since the beginning, we both have very dry
personalities, so we didn’t joke around much. When the romance [between our two
characters] started, we got closer.”
She continued, “It was the first kiss scene for both of us. We filmed it
at dawn when we were tired, so we wrapped up quickly. It was a scene where one
of us had to take medicine. We had to portray it realistically, so we decided to
use a piece of candy for filming, and filming was completed,” revealing
that they’d passed candy between themselves during the scene.
“The drama didn’t have much romance, so when it was time for the kiss
scene between Hong Jong Hyun and me, all the staff members looked forward to
that one scene. I think the After School members were surprised too.”
In other news, After School is reported to be planning a new album release in
April. Lizzy‘s tweet also has fans thinking that
they’ll be making a comeback soon.
