MBC‘s new variety show on the block, ‘Dad,
Where Are You Going‘, appears to be the hottest trend on Sunday
television nowadays. Its latest episode garnered ratings of 13.0%, which
surpasses KBS‘s ‘Happy Sunday‘
(‘Qualifications of Men‘ + ‘1 Night 2 Days‘)
into comfortable second place territory. ‘Happy Sunday’ dropped a whopping 3.3%
from last week, scoring 10.3%.
The show seems to have single-handedly pulled MBC’s struggling Sunday variety
block out of the water, having repeatedly proven its success with an unbroken
string of weekly gains since its first episode 10 weeks ago.
However, the show still remains below SBS‘s venerable
‘Good Sunday‘ block (‘K-Pop Star 2‘ +
‘Running Man‘), which held on to first place this week with
combined ratings of 15.4%.
