YG Entertainment has postponed its new girl group’s debut.
On February 26, it was reported that the new girl group of YG, which consists
of Kim Ji Soo and Kim Jenny, will debut after summer this year. They were
supposed to debut early this year, but YG recently decided to postpone their
debut.
Regarding this, Yang Hyun Suk said, “It’s true that we were going to present
the new girl group early this year. However, Lee Hi, Kang Seung Yoon, Big Bang’s
G-Dragon and Taeyang, and 2NE1 will release new albums and new songs early this
year, so we have decided to postpone their debut.”
Kim Ji Soo, one of the new girl group members, was born in 1995 and is
commented that her look and musical talent are highly competitive. Another
member Kim Jenny was born in 1996 and is already well-known as the first
mysterious girl as a picture of her was released in April last year on YG Life
under the title of “Who’s That Girl.” She also appeared in the music video of
G-Dragon’s “That XX,” showing off her pretty face.
YG has determined only two members for the group. The detail about the number
of the members and the name of the group haven’t been revealed yet.
