Group SNSD ranked first on several Korean and Taiwanese monthly charts with
their song “I Got A Boy.”
On February 4, SNSD’s agency said, “The fourth EP I Got A Boy ranked
first on the January Chart from Hanteo. The title song “I Got A Boy” also ranked
first on several music charts, including, Melon, Naver Music, and Olleh
Music.”
The song also ranked first on the K-pop Top 100 from the KKBOX, one of the
biggest music charts in Taiwan.
According to a spokesperson for the agency says, “The EP also ranked first on
the US Billboard World Album Chart and received a lot of attention from major
media outlets, including, MTV, Rolling Stone, The Times, and FUSE TV. And the
music video for the song received over 30 million hits in the shortest
time.”
SNSD will go on a Japanese Arena Tour on February 9. They will tour Kobe,
Saitama, Nigata, Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Osaka, and Nagoya.
