Actor Joo
Won made his noona fans smile twice as hard with his
interview for Elle magazine. The rising star, who took on a
‘tough guy’ look for the pictorial, revealed that age may be just a number to
him.
When asked how it feels to act in a romantic comedy, Joo Won shared,
“Because it is a genre that I’ve always wanted to try, I challenged myself
to do it. Though it’s difficult because it’s my first time, as I act alongside
my co-star Choi Kang Hee, [the process is] getting
better.”
The actor (born in ’87) also commented that he doesn’t really notice the age
gap between himself and Choi Kang Hee (born in ’77). “It’s amazing, but I am
slowly forgetting our ten year age gap. It’s really fun to act with noona. When
we meet before filming, we continually toss our lines back and forth.”
He concluded, “As I continue to age and live as a celebrity, my image
will definitely change, but I’ve promised myself not to change on the inside. I
want to hold onto the human being Joo Won.”
Joo Won is currently starring in MBC‘s ‘7th Grade
Civil Servant‘.
